How It Works:

• Order Online or In-Salon – You can place your refill order via our online store or when you visit us in person.

• Return Your Clean Bottle – Bring back your empty, clean Matrix bottle to the salon.

• We Sterilise the Bottle – Each returned bottle undergoes a thorough sterilisation process. We use an industry-approved, eco-friendly cleansing solution to ensure all bottles are completely sanitised. The bottles are then rinsed with purified water and air-dried before being refilled with fresh product. This meticulous process guarantees the highest level of hygiene and product integrity.

• Receive Your Refill for Just $28 – We’ll swap it out with a freshly refilled bottle, ready for you to take home!
